Introduction

Sex dolls are a masturbation device. The two basic requirements are 1) that there is a comfortable hole (or holes) and 2) the doll stays inflated. Quality of Dolls

Dolls vary enormously in their quality. To help you we will categorize dolls into five varieties:

Budget – Made from thin plastic that is welded together. The face and hair is usually printed onto the head. The breasts are bumps formed from the same plastic as the rest of the body. Most cheap dolls are designed for sex in the ‘missionary’ position and have either two or three holes (mouth, vagina, anus) made of soft plastic tubing. ‘Pamela’ is our best selling doll and is a better-than-average budget version.

Standard – These usually have a plastic face mask, open mouthed, with some ‘hair’ attached. The vinyl is usually thicker and most of the time will support a person’s weight. The vagina may have painted pubes. The breasts may be moulded plastic with painted nipples. More expensive dolls in this category may have costumes, lubricants and other ‘extras’. Apart from the missionary position, you may find standard dolls that enable other sex positions such as ‘doggie’, kneeling and sitting postures. ‘Cleopatra’ is an example of a better quality ‘standard’ doll.

Luxury – There is a massive selection of luxury style dolls such as ‘Sandy’. Features may include teeth, thicker or softer skin, moulded latex ‘realskin’ apertures made of a special ‘real-feel’ rubber compound, vibrating eggs, molded hands and/or feet, moving arms or legs and much more. The cost variation is as enormous as the many options available. Luxury dolls also come in every position.

Latex – Latex dolls are more durable and longer lasting. They have no seams and are more realistic. The cost is substantially more. Usually there will be a mannequin head, shaped hands and feet with individual toes and fingers, shaped bodies etc. Latex dolls can often be bent into the position you want relatively easily.

Moulded – Solid body dolls that aren’t inflatable. They can be filled with foam or silicon. Cost is usually £500 - £3,000. They are the most expensive of all and as a specialist item are usually only available to order.

Durability and Care

Although latex and solid moulded dolls can last for years with proper care, the inflatable plastic types do not have this length of life. The best ones may only last a few weeks or months of regular use, possibly a year at the most. The cheapest – perhaps for only a few uses before they ‘pop’. A lot depends on your weight and how roughly you use the doll.
Inflatable dolls usually come with a patch repair kit and if the doll simply has a small puncture it is easy to fix. To minimize the chances of breaking, never over-inflate and don’t force the doll into a position that puts it under strain. In fact whilst the ‘missionary’ position is probably the most enjoyable (the doll will have a nice bounce) your weight on top will possibly decrease the lifetime of the doll.

The ‘Holes’

Sometimes the cheaper dolls have sharp edges at the opening of the sex holes. These can rub and even cut your penis. Be careful before use to make sure any rough edges are trimmed. You are unlikely to experience this problems with standard or luxury dolls. Many of the better dolls have removable ‘realskin’ vaginas and anuses. Inflatable dolls will eventually leak or pop and have to be thrown away. To start with you may not be sure what features or extras you want to pay for.
