Most of the exercises are variations of 'stretching' which may increase length, and 'jelquing' or 'milking' which may increase length and girth. Penis Enlargement Surgery
Lengthening the penis by urological surgery has been possible for many years, but it is only more recently that the procedure has become even a little more popular. The operation involves making a small incision just above the base of the penis and releasing the suspensory ligaments, which hold part of the penis inside the body (see diagram below). The results are immediate and add an average of 1.5inches, although 2 inches is not uncommon.
